Local notes
Raised floors for Palm Beach County estates, clubs and condos
Palm Beach County is a place of estates, private clubs and oceanfront condos. Owners want outdoor floors that look finished and stay level. Raised floors in Palm Beach County let rain drain away instead of sitting on the deck.
Porcelain pavers on adjustable pedestals turn a pool deck, terrace or flat roof into a level outdoor room. Water runs off underneath, and any paver lifts out for repairs.
The county sits outside Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Strong wind rules still apply, especially near the coast. We plan every rooftop and balcony deck for wind.
Clubs and estates also host big events. A raised floor can turn a sloped lawn or even the pool into level party space. Every job starts with a free on-site estimate.
Services
What we build in Palm Beach
Every service below is available across the county. Book one now, or start with a free on-site estimate.
Rooftop and deck pedestals
Porcelain pavers on pedestals for pool decks, terraces and condo rooftops. The pedestals level the surface over a sloped or uneven base.
Event floors
Tent floors over a lawn, and pool covers so guests can dine or dance over the water. Delivery, install and pickup are timed around your event.
Offices and server rooms
Panel floors for offices, clinics and data rooms that hide power and network lines. Cooling can run underneath too.
Dance floors
Permanent dance floors for studios, club ballrooms and home practice rooms. A sprung subfloor under marley or hardwood takes impact off dancers' joints.
Vinyl flooring
Vinyl plank and tile that shrugs off humidity, sand and pets. Condo owners get help finding the underlayment their association approves.
Stairs
New treads, risers and nosing that replace worn carpet and match a new floor.

Wind rules, permits and clubs in Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, but it still has strong wind rules. Coastal rooftops and high balconies take the strongest gusts. We confirm engineering and permit needs with your building and city before we quote.
Permits go through your city's building department, or the county's for homes outside city limits. Many clubs, gated communities and condo boards add their own approvals. Expect requests for an insurance certificate and set work hours.
Near the ocean, salt air wears on metal parts. Summer heat and afternoon storms shape the schedule for any outdoor job.

Common questions
Is Palm Beach County in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone?
No. That zone covers Miami-Dade and Broward only, but Palm Beach County still has strong wind rules. We plan rooftop and balcony decks for wind all the same.
Can you build an event floor at a club or estate?
Tell us the venue and we will check. We need a truck close enough to unload, and the floor can go over lawn, sand or a pool. Send the date, the address, the ground type and the guest count for a quote.
