Raised floors for Miami rooftops, offices and studios
Raised floors in Miami turn awkward spaces into useful ones. A sloped tower roof becomes a level terrace, and a crowded server room gets clean space for cables. A bare loft becomes a studio dancers can train in.
Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater are packed with condo towers and offices. Pedestal raised floors give their rooftops, amenity decks and terraces a flat surface that drains. Wynwood and Little Havana add warehouses, shops and studios to the mix.
A Miami project starts with a few phone photos and rough sizes. Next comes a free on-site estimate, where we measure and confirm what your building allows.
A written quote with clear options follows, so you can compare before you commit.
Services
Services in Miami
Each service below is planned for Miami towers, offices and studios. Open one for details, or book it from its page.
Rooftop and deck pedestals
Porcelain pavers or deck tiles on adjustable pedestals give a tower roof or terrace a level floor. Rain drains underneath, and any paver lifts out to reach the membrane. We choose paver weight and edges for high-rise wind.
Event floors
Hosting a launch on a rooftop or a wedding in a Coconut Grove garden? An event floor gives a level surface over grass, slopes or a pool. We install it before the day and remove it after.
Offices and server rooms
Offices in Brickell and Downtown run on power and data. A raised access floor keeps those cables under a clean surface, and any panel lifts for changes. It also suits server rooms that need cooling below.
Dance floors
Miami has studios for every style, from ballet to salsa. Our dance studio floors pair a sprung subfloor with marley or hardwood, planned around loft doors and thresholds. For practice at home, we also build home dance floors in spare rooms.
Vinyl flooring
Condo units need floors that stay quiet for the neighbors below. We install luxury vinyl plank and tile over sound-rated underlayment where your association requires it. It stands up to humidity and sandy shoes.
Stairs
Have a townhouse or two-story home with worn carpeted stairs? We swap them for treads, risers and nosing that match your new floor. The result looks clean and keeps every step safe.

Neighborhoods
Neighborhoods we serve in Miami
Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater are mostly condo towers and office buildings. Think rooftop pool decks, private terraces, and access floors for offices and server rooms.
Wynwood's converted warehouses suit dance studios, galleries and event spaces. Coconut Grove mixes leafy streets of homes with bayfront condos, so terraces, home dance rooms and stairs fit there. Little Havana has older homes, small apartment buildings and venues, where vinyl, stairs and event floors make sense.
Local notes
Permits, wind and tower rules in Miami
Permits for work in the city go through the City of Miami Building Department. Whether your job needs one depends on the work. We check before we quote, along with any engineering a roof may need.
The whole city sits in Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ). A floor on top of a tower faces far stronger wind than a backyard patio. We pick paver weight and edge restraints to suit the height and exposure.
Towers also have house rules. Expect a board or manager approval, an insurance certificate and set work hours. We book the service elevator, plan deliveries and work around summer afternoon storms.

Common questions
Do I need condo board approval for a rooftop or terrace floor in Miami?
In most towers, yes. Boards usually want to see the product, the schedule and an insurance certificate. We send the product details your board or manager asks for.
Can you work within my building's elevator and noise hours?
Yes. Many Miami towers limit elevator use and noisy work to set hours. We book the service elevator ahead and plan each day of the install around those windows.
Are pavers on pedestals safe on a windy Miami rooftop?
They can be, with the right system. In the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, paver weight and edge restraints matter.
