Waterproof luxury vinyl plank and tile that handles humidity. In condos, we help you get the underlayment specs your board asks for.

Permits, wind and building rules in Miami-Dade
All of Miami-Dade is in Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ). Rooftop and balcony floors here face strict wind rules. Engineering and permit needs get checked with your building and the city before any quote.
Each city's building department handles permits for jobs inside its limits. In unincorporated areas, Miami-Dade County handles them.
High-rise condos add their own steps. Boards and managers often require an approval, an insurance certificate and set work hours. We book elevators and deliveries with the building.
Studios and venues run on tight calendars. We plan each install around classes, events and opening dates.

Does the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone change a rooftop deck?
It can. Rooftop pavers in the HVHZ need a system chosen for wind, and some jobs need engineering.
