Floor repair is often the fastest way to make a floor safe and good-looking again. One rocking paver, a worn strip of marley or a few damaged planks rarely mean a whole new floor.
We repair the kinds of floors we build: pedestal decks, access floors, dance floors, vinyl and stairs. We know how they go together, so we know how they come apart.

Pavers and pedestal decks
Rocking or cracked pavers, low corners re-leveled, pavers lifted and reset after roof or drain work.
Access floors
Loose or uneven panels re-leveled, damaged panels replaced or matched, edge trim and ramps fixed.
Dance floors
Worn or torn marley replaced, seams re-taped, soft or squeaky spots in the subfloor fixed.
Vinyl floors
Damaged planks replaced, lifting or gapping planks fixed, transitions and trim reset.
Stairs
Loose treads secured, worn or broken nosing replaced, squeaky steps quieted.

- The base under the floor is dry and solid
If the base is wet or failing, a surface repair will not last. We check that first and tell you what we find. Near the ocean and on rooftops, water is often the real cause, so we look for where it comes from.

Yes. Send photos and any product name you have. We tell you if it can be repaired before we visit.
Can you match my pavers, panels or planks?
Often. Send a photo and any product name or box label. If the line is no longer made, we show you the closest match before anything is ordered.
Is a repair cheaper than a new floor?
When most of the floor is sound, usually yes. If the damage keeps coming back, we tell you plainly and quote both options.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs come with a 3-month warranty on our repair labor. New installations have a 12-month warranty on our installation labor. Material warranties come from the manufacturer and depend on the supplier.
Do the current offers apply to repairs?
No. Our offers are for new projects. Repairs are quoted on their own, and the estimate is free.
