Event flooring

Raised event flooring for any ground

Raised patio being set over a sidewalk in front of a storefront.
A raised patio going in over an old sidewalk. Pedestals make a level floor over uneven ground, the same idea behind raised event flooring.

Raised event flooring gives you a flat, solid floor over grass, sand, a sloped lawn or a swimming pool. We deliver, level, install and remove it on your schedule.

Your guests walk, dine and dance on a steady surface. Chairs sit flat, tables do not wobble, and heels do not sink into the lawn.

We plan each floor around your venue, tent and guest count. We work anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Uses

Tent floors, pool covers, stages and walkways

Tent floors

Level, dry tent flooring for weddings, parties and dinners. Tables stay steady and the lawn stays below.

Pool covers

A pool cover dance floor sits solid over the water, so guests can dance or dine there. The pool is back once the floor comes out.

Stages and platforms

Raised platforms for bands, DJs, speeches and ceremonies, sized to your plan.

Walkways and ramps

Paths over lawn or sand that link the tent, the house and the parking, with ramps where needed.

Why raised

Why raise the floor

Level over uneven ground

Slopes, roots and soft spots end up under a flat surface. Every table and chair sits level.

Dry when it rains

A raised floor stays above wet ground, so a quick afternoon storm does not soak your guests' shoes.

Step-free edges

Ramps where needed, so guests, servers, carts and wheelchairs roll on and off.

Level is the whole job

A floor that rocks or slopes trips guests and spills drinks. The supports under a raised floor adjust up or down.

That is how the top stays flat over a slope, a dip or a pool edge. It is the same leveling work we do on rooftop pedestal decks.

Where we set up

Every venue has its own rules for load-in, hours and vendor access. We plan the floor around them.

  • Backyards and estates
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Golf and country clubs
  • Beach venues

Estate lawns, hotel pool decks and beachfront sand each need a different base. We check yours on the site visit.

In summer, plan for afternoon storms. A raised floor stays above wet ground, and a tent keeps guests covered.

Booking

Booking and timing

Book as early as you can. Popular dates go first, so reach out as soon as you have one.

South Florida's cooler, drier months are busy for outdoor events. That includes winter wedding season and Art Basel week in early December. If your date falls then, start early.

We install the floor before the event and remove it after, on times that fit your venue.

Common questions

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Popular dates go first, so reach out as soon as you have one.

Can you cover a pool for a party or event?

We check its size, shape and depth on a site visit, then tell you what will work. Steps, ledges and curves are part of that check.

Can it go on sand?

Often, yes. Soft sand needs a wider footing under each support so the floor stays level. We check the spot and truck access first.

Which finishes do you offer?

It depends on the floor system and your event. Tell us the look you want, and we will show you the finishes that fit your date.

Can guests in wheelchairs use the floor?

Yes, with ramps where needed. Tell us about guests who need step-free access, and we will plan the ramps into the layout.
